Damascus, SANA – The temperatures will remain around average or slightly lower as the country is affected by low air pressure in all layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Friday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general, with a weak chance of rain showers over different areas across the country.
The wind will be westerly to northwesterly of low to moderate speed, and the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some of the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 28/15, Daraa 27/15, Homs 26/13, Lattakia 24/17, Aleppo 27/13 and Deir Ezzor 31/16.
