President al-Assad issues decree granting SYP 150 thousand to all state employees and pensioners

Damascus, SANA- President Bashar al-Assad issued legislative decree no. /5/ for the year 2023, which stipulates for disbursing a one-time financial grant with an amount of SYP 150,000 to all the civilian and military state employees and the pensioners.

The grant will be exempted from income tax on wages and salaries and other deductions.
