Damascus, SANA-President Bashar al-Assad on Saturday issued legislative decree No. 2 for 2023 that regulates the affairs of the children of unknown parentage.
The decree provides welfare livelihood conditions for those children within safe environment to ensure their needs, education, bringing them up and protecting them to be as the majority of the society’s kids.
